Paletas La Michoakana wasn't born in a factory. It was born at a kitchen table in Michoacán, where the best paletas in Mexico are made the old way — with real fruit, fresh water, and patience.

We brought those recipes here to Avondale because we believe everyone deserves access to that same authentic taste. No preservatives, no shortcuts. Just the kind of paleta that makes you close your eyes and remember.

Every morning we start from scratch. The fruit is picked, the flavors are mixed, and each paleta is hand-poured with care. When you walk into our shop, you're walking into a piece of Mexico.
